Kendal man killed in crash with HGV near Grayrigg named by police

A man who sadly died after a fatal car crash has been named. Emergency services were called to reports of a collision on the A685 North of Grayrigg shortly before 3pm yesterday (December 16). Officers attended the scene and found there had been a collision involving a white Honda motorcycle and a white HGV.

Sadly rider of the motorcycle, a 22-year-old man from Kendal, died at the scene. He has now been named by Cumbria Police as Morgan Davidson. Officers are continuing their appeal for witnesses that were travelling on the road around the time of the collision.
