Cyclist seriously injured after collision with lorry in Crewe

A male cyclist was involved in today’s collision, according to Cheshire Police. A spokesperson for the Force said: “At 1.34pm today (Wednesday 9 June) police were called to a collision on Wistaston Road, Crewe involving a cyclist and a lorry. “The male cyclist is believed to have suffered serious injuries and has been taken to Royal Stoke Hospital.

“Officers remain at the scene to establish the circumstances of the collision and the road remains cordoned off.
